What we do not take on.
We handle repairs, installs and upkeep. We do not take on jobs that call for a state-licensed trade — major electrical, plumbing systems, air conditioning, roofing or structural work. If your job needs one of those, we will say so on the phone rather than after we have started.
That is not a limitation we are shy about. Knowing where a job stops is most of what separates someone worth calling back from someone who is not.
